"No Login" Registration Form

You may use this page to register a landline telephone number, cell phone number, or Voice over IP (VoIP) phone number with the Alert Hamilton County Emergency Mass Notification System for a neighbor, friend or family member who has no email address or internet access.

What you enter into this form cannot be changed in the future in the event of a move or phone number change. If any of the information changes at a later date, you must come back to this form and re-enter all of the information with the new numbers.
