Property owners needing a copy of their Existing Septic Tank Permit or Septic Tank Installation Certificate of Completion please email gwp@hamiltontn.gov.
All other inquiries requesting a copy of a Septic Tank Permit or Septic Tank Installation Certificate of Completion will need to access the information online at www.hamiltontn.gov > ONLINE SERVICES > Building Inspection App > Document Retrieval and follow the directions. The Site Address would be by street name only, do not enter the street number. Choose the Address you are enquiring about, Step 2 – you will need to fill out your Contact information if you have never used this site before. Continue to follow the Steps listed to retrieve the Septic Tank information. If the Address you are searching for is not listed please email Ground Water for further assistance at gwp@hamiltontn.gov.
