Facilities Maintenance Department

The Facilities Maintenance Department provides a variety of services for Hamilton County properties ranging from renovations of historic structures to day-to-day upkeep of County buildings.


Composed of licensed electricians and plumbers, expert cabinetrymen, skilled carpenters, experienced painters, heating and cooling specialists and laborers, the Hamilton County Facilities Maintenance Department skillfully manages a full-range of projects and services throughout the County. It is responsible for maintaining more than 30 County facilities, including ambulance stations and fire halls.


Over the last five years in addition to its daily activities, the Facilities Maintenance Department has constructed or renovated approximately 20 buildings for Hamilton County, saving taxpayers millions of dollars in construction cost.
