4. Take US-27 N exit into Downtown area
5. Take 4^th St Exit (1C)
6. Follow 4^th St through Downtown
7. 4^th St changes name to E 3^rd St at University of TN at Chattanooga
8. follow E 3^rd St to Erlanger Medical Center
9. Turn Left at the first light (Hampton St.), then left into the parking garage
