Construction and Non-Construction Grants
|
These are:
- Review contract(s) for specific requirements
- Review contracts for specific goals
- Set up organizational meetings
- Follow up specific goals and regulations
- Address contractual problems
- Set up progress meetings
- Produce progress reports (financial and non financial),
working with IT Services to develop a comprehensive database of grant reports.
- Produce reports to Chief of Staff and County Mayor for
various entities at the County and State level.
