Lieutenant Eric Ethridge,
Supply Officer / Fleet Manager/Accident Review Team Coordinator

Eric Ethridge is supervisor of the Supply Division that handles all equipment and supplies for all HCEMS locations and medical supplies to all Fire and Rescue Departments that are part of the Hamilton County EMS First Responder System.  Lt. Ethridge also oversees the vehicle maintenance program, Homeland Security equipment and the Mass Casualty equipment for Hamilton County EMS. Lt. Ethridge began serving with Hamilton County EMS as a part-time EMT in 1994.  He became a full-time employee to the supply division in 1996.  He was promoted to Lieutenant and Supply Officer in 1999. Lt. Ethridge also serves as coordinator of the HCEMS Vehicle Accident Review Team.  Lt. Ethridge is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and an ACLS and CPR instructor.  Lt. Ethridge began working in 1992 in civilian EMS in rural East Tennessee.  Lt Ethridge has also served in a local volunteer rescue agency in numerous capacities including Assistant Chief.   Prior to service with Hamilton County EMS, Lt. Ethridge worked as an Operating Room Technician in both civilian and military hospitals.  Lt. Ethridge is a Veteran of The U.S. Army Reserve and Operation Desert Storm.
