The Maintenance Department provides a variety of services for Hamilton County properties
ranging from renovations of historic structures to day-to-day upkeep of County buildings. |

Functions |
Composed of licensed electricians and plumbers, expert cabinetrymen, skilled carpenters,
experienced painters, heating and cooling specialists and laborers, the Hamilton
County Maintenance Department manages a full-range of projects/services throughout
the County-skillfully and cost-effectively. It is responsible for maintaining more
than 30 County facilities, including ambulance stations and fire halls.
Over the last five years in addition to its daily activities, the Maintenance Department
has constructed/renovated approximately 20 buildings for Hamilton County-saving
taxpayers millions of dollars in construction cost.
