HOW TAXES ARE USED

All services provided by Hamilton County Government are made available as a result of tax revenues collected. The greatest amount of revenue received is from sales tax and property taxes.

County property taxes for the current fiscal year are levied at a rate of $2.7652 per $100 of assessed value.
