by protecting water quality by preventing pollution, providing education
on the importance of water quality to the environment and the public health, and
promoting public involvement in the stewardship of the local water environment.

Multi-jurisdictional Program
The Hamilton County Storm Water Pollution Control Program includes East Ridge, Collegedale,
Ridgeside, Lakesite, Red Bank, Soddy Daisy, Lookout Mountain and the urbanized portion
of unincorportated Hamilton County.
