Please complete the following information if you are requesting to postpone your jury service. The Jury Clerk will send you a confirmation email of your postponement date.
From the calendar below, please choose then type in the preferred date of service in the box below. You must choose a date that does not exceed 12 months from your current service date. You are allowed ONE postponement. The Jury Clerk will email you a confirmation letter that your postponement has been approved. Once approved, you will not have to appear on the date you are assigned on your current summons. A new summons will be mailed to you closer to the new service date you have chosen.
