Regular Meeting
A Regular Meeting is a voting session, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules), convening at 5:00 p.m. It is used to conduct formal votes and official business.
Agenda Session
An Agenda Session is not a voting session. It falls on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules) and convenes after the Regular Meeting. It is used to review and discuss upcoming items that will be voted on at the next Regular Meeting.
Public comment is permitted only during Regular Meetings. The public may comment on each agenda item at the time it is considered, prior to any vote, and again at the conclusion of the meeting.
