Recessed Meeting
A Recessed Meeting is any continuation of a voting session that the Chairman has recessed to a date certain. It remains a voting session—most often held immediately before an Agenda Session, but it may occur at any time designated by the Commission under its Rules.
Agenda Session
An Agenda Session is not a voting session. It falls on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules) and convenes at 9:30 a.m. It is used to review and discuss upcoming items that will be voted on at the next Regular Meeting.
Regular Meeting
A Regular Meeting is a voting session, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules), convening at 9:30 a.m. It is used to conduct formal votes and official business.
