Help Desk Request

Hamilton County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk is designed to help users of the Web site and the Data Services portion of the Web Site.

If you are experiencing problems with any of the Hamilton County Data systems, please enter your information below and then click the "Submit" button to send the form to the HelpDesk support staff. You will receive a timely response during business hours. If the message is sent after hours or on the weekend, you will receive a response on the next business morning. The HelpDesk is available Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm.

The Help Desk is not qualified to give advice or assistance on questions or concerns such as taxes, property appraisals, fees, licenses, or interactions with the Sheriff or courts.
