Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division helps departments quickly fill vacant job positions by advertising the position through the Career Service System on the website and Hamilton County government intranet. We ensuring the job application process is consistent, simple and accessible.

The Human Resources Division ensures that employees receive support and recognition by managing the benefits, compensation plans and the employee recognition program. They also manage employee training and orientation.

The Human Resources Division assesses the effectiveness of the employees and the programs in place to support employees through the biannual performance evaluation process and the annual compensation survey. They also conduct the employee exit interviews. Some of these records are available to the public and to courts. See the Human Resources Division's Public Records Policy.
