PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
HAMILTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Committee of the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners will hold a hearing on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and the
public hearing shall be heard by the whole Hamilton County Commission meeting on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
These meetings will be conducted in person in the County Commission meeting room on the fourth floor of the Hamilton County Courthouse located 625 Georgia Avenue,
Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.
The purpose of these meetings is to give consideration on the following requests:

Amend the White Oak Mountain Area 12 Plan (a component of Plan Hamilton) by changing the place type designation for an approximately 0.70-acre parcel located at
4390 University Drive (part), Hamilton County, Tennessee, from Suburban Residential to Maker District. A copy of the proposed regulation amendment is available for

CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
The regular monthly meeting of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission will be held on Monday, September 14th, 2026 at the Development Resource Center (DRC) located at 1250 Market Street in room 1A on the First Floor starting at 1:00 p.m.
